I have created this booklet to help you with all the information that you might need about the property and the area but please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any question and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

How to find us
By car from the M1
From the M1, follow M1 to Sheffield. Take exit 34. Take the exit to Sheffield (E)/Rotherham (C) / Meadowhall. Keep right to stay on Meadowhall Road/A6109. At Brightside Roundabout, take the 1st exit ont0 Brightside Lane A6109. Continue straight on Saville Street. Then turn left onto Sheffield Parkway. Then use the 2 lanes to turn right on Derek Dooley Way/A61. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit into Sheaf Street. Use the middle lane to turn slightly right on St Mary’s Road. Continue straight. At the traffic light turn left onto Shoreham Street. Margaret Street is the first street on the right.
From Sheffield train station
Exit the train station from the main entrance, you will reach a traffic light, cross and turn left. Follow the A61, you will have the Showroom Cinema on your right. Continue walking straight, you will pass on your right hand side BBC Radio Sheffield, UTC Sheffield College (Matilda Street), Triple Point Brewery. Continue further and you will see Londis convenience store on St Mary’s Road. Please cross the road and walk to Shoreham Street. You will see Margaret Street on your right hand side, it is the first street after crossing. The house is the first house on the left hand side of the road, house number 68.

House access and lockbox
You will find a lock box on the left hand side of the door. The code will be communicated to you 72hours prior your stay. The key with F is the front door, the key with B is the back door.
Check-out process
Check-out is by 10 am. Please put the keys back in the lockbox and send a message to confirm you have checked-out. Thank you
House Guide
Heating and Thermostat
The thermostat is located straight as your enter the house, towards the right hand side before entering the kitchen. This will set the temperature for the house. Please do not go above 22 degrees.

Laundry and Cleaning
You will find a washing machine in the kitchen. Pods are available under the sink. Please follow the instructions on how to use the washing machine. You will find a clothe drying rack in the bedroom cupboard.
If you are staying more than a week and would like a cleaner to visit please let me know in advance.
Smart TV
Please feel free to you the TV and its Smart features including Netflix.
Bins and recycling
The blue bin is for paper, cardboard and card. The brown bin is for tins, glass and plastic bottles. The black bin is for general waste. The bins are located in the garden. Please dispose of your waste in the correct bin.
House amenities
The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Push the back side of the sofa towards the cushions and it will release it. Then put it flat and the bed is set as the below picture. Extra bedding will be left in the bedroom cupboard.
You can use the washing machine in the kitchen. Washing pods will be left under the sink.
Press the switch on button, then the program and press start.
Please switch off when finished.
Please feel free to use the hob and the oven. You will find instructions for the oven in this folder.
For the hob, please press for few seconds the on/off button below:
Then select the hob you want to switch on and use the up and down arrow to control the heat. Once you are finished, press the on/off button for few seconds and you will see the letter H for hot.
Smart TV
Feel free to use the TV. Just press the on/off button on the remote and you will be able to use Netflix or any other apps on the TV.

Parties and social events are not permitted in the house.
No Smocking
Please respect our house and future guests by not smocking in the house.
Pet Rules
Pets are not permitted in the house.
Guest Limit
No more than 3 guests allowed.

Please follow the check-out procedure and time at 10am.
